Academic Program Administration
Every degree includes a leadership track and a vocational track. Students must complete the Personal Transformation Leadership (PTL) program or PACE Leadership program concurrent with their vocational degree program.
A student registered to earn a degree in Instructional Design Technology (IDT) completes all eCourses in the vocational program and all eCourses in the leadership program at the same time. Two programs one degree. For example, the first eCourse in the PTL program is taken with the first eCourse in the IDT program. This allows students to master the principles of leadership while also developing their vocation. No more than two eCourses are allowed each quarter.
| Note: If a student does not successfully complete either of the two eCourses in a given quarter he or she must retake the eCourse not passed. Retaking an eCourse once is free to our students. Retaking an eCourse after a second attempt automatically places a student on academic probation and he or she must pay a Retake Fee. Any student needing to retake any eCourse more than twice may be disqualified from the degree program, which can include expulsion from the college. |
Leadership Programs
OT Academy currently offers two-year college degrees designed for career development into a particular field or marketplace. Our degree programs use a flexible learning approach where students receive individualized instruction combined with interactive social learning and virtual facilitation and coaching. Our degrees include one of two leadership programs:

Vocational Programs
OT Academy offers Associate of Arts (AA) and Associates of Science (AS) degrees. Our degrees are designed for career development into a particular field. Our degree programs use an immersive, flexible learning approach where students receive individualized instruction combined with interactive, social, and virtual facilitation and coaching. We currently offer the following programs:
