Competencies are the enabling components of the ELI™ tool and explain the competencies an individual develops in a single subject matter domain.

Examples

• Jessica is a learning technologist that uses agile instructional design to gather, associate, and produce courseware for any subject in as little as one-day.
• Jacob can draw blood using the fundamental medical procedures in phlebotomy.
