Capability Level

Capability Level represents the feedback mechanism of the ELI™ tool. The capability level is an indicator to help determine a person’s expertise (magnitude of skill capability) in each competence and intelligence. The information obtained through feedback provides a means for regulating optimal performance, in this case, the amount of mental agility from information processing. It is the reciprocity of looping back and forth as new and existing information gets assessed, retrieved, rejected, assimilated, stored, used, and transformed.

Examples

• After completion of the performance exam, Jason scored 98% on his internship project. He is now ready for employment and deemed an expert.
• Kimberly was unable to code a simple syntax function in the new system application. She does not have the skill to use PHP.
