Super Consciousness is a heightened sense of balanced awareness achieved through execution of each component in the ELI™ tool. It is an experience. Super Consciousness occurs when an individual reactivates his or her full existential essence. It is the ultimate innate power that resides within. This state of being aids in balancing one’s human capability with each intelligence fully activated. To be, know, and do is a simultaneous, integrated, and dynamic experience.

• Suzanne has mastered graphic design, communications, technical writing, instructional design, digital media, and software development. She is able to apply each of these skills equally to solve any problem.
• Every time Bobby completes his work he amazes his co-workers by the speed at which he can integrate new information and data to develop solutions and solve problems.
