<li>As a kid I was extremely active, I competed gymnastics, played soccer, did cheer, and even baseball. If I wasn&#8217;t at school or practice then I was at the gym working out or swimming, biking, jogging, etc.</li>
<li>After my shoulder injury was healed, I still protect that side. I am still fearful of injuring it so when I favor the right side I compensate !</li>
