You need to be proactive and get live support. Sending messages via Messenger will not get you the help you need immediately. There are other ways to communicate to get a rapid response such as live chat or schedule 1×1 meeting with me. This eCourse has ended and I am in the process of grading forums. Be proactive.

It is a good idea to log in at least a few times per week to become more familiar with the platform. The more you log in and interact, the easier it will become.
