You need to be proactive and get live support. Sending messages via Messenger will not get you the help you need immediately. There are other ways to communicate to get a rapid response such as live chat or schedule 1×1 meeting with me. This eCourse has ended and I am in the process of grading forums. Be proactive.

It is a good idea to log in at least a few times per week to become more familiar with the platform. The more you log in and interact, the easier it will become. The key is interaction and collaboration because through these activities others will share and you are bound to learn from them and vice versa.
